Download and unzip the file.
You will find DeployBar.app in your Downloads folder.

Move it to Applications.
Drag DeployBar.app into your Applications folder.

Control-click, then choose Open.
This early beta is not yet notarised by Apple, so macOS may show a warning the first time.
